BAKED BEANS WITH SAUSAGE SERVED WITH RIBS
Ingredients
- 10 Swaggerty’s Farm Sausage Links, browned and drained
- ½ red inion, sliced and sautéed
- 1 can each – Great Northern, Pinto, and Kidney Beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 Tablespoons mustard, Dijon style or your favorite
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 cup ketchup
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Place drained beans in a large mixing bowl.
- Stir in mustard, brown sugar, and ketchup. Mix well.
- Add sautéed red onion to the bowl and stir.
- Cut each sausage link into 4 pieces and stir into beans.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Scrape bean-sausage mixture into a casserole or oven safe dish and coved with foil.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 10 minutes.
